PLAN WAYS TO REACH YOUR GOAL: a. I will study the time management section of The Leadership Challenge. b. I will take detailed notes in class during the time management lectures. c. I will ask questions in class during the time management lectures. d. I will consult with other students regarding time management methods they find effective. e. I will practice what I learn when preparing for classes the next day. f. I will use the methods I learn when completing assignments for this and other courses. 3. IDENTIFY BARRIERS THAT MIGHT GET IN YOUR WAY: Consider what may be some of your self-imposed restrictions. a. The section of The Leadership Challenge on time management may be confusing or very brief. b. The lectures during the course may not delve into time management issues. c. I will consult with members of my department who have taken the course to get them to explain the time management section of The Leadership Challenge. b. I will ask follow-up questions during the time management lectures to ensure I understand the material. I will also ask the instructor after class to explain time management further. c. I will study in my room and I will borrow a computer from my department to use on the course. d. I will give priority to my assignments and explain the importance of them to my family and friends. 5.
